摘要

長期照護對於高齡者或其他需要受照顧的人口而言，能夠留在自己熟悉的地方接受妥善的照顧，除了能讓其保有原來的家庭生活外，對於生命價值觀也較有正面的影響。老人長期照護資源選擇因人而異，照護模式的選擇應具人性化、個別性需求為考量，社區照顧的確是多數人心目中的理想目標。然而推動社區長期照護服務仍屬於起步階段，具體的目標、如何落實資源整合都需要進一步政策擬定配合，使老年人能安心選擇「在地老化」此亦為我國致力推動長期照護政策及產業發展的共同目標，朝著「三分機構、七分社區」的方向努力，長期照護提供轉介服務、財源等仍待多方配套，包括社政與衛政間整合、照顧服務人力不足與品質的提升、照顧壓力的紓解、照顧支持系統的建立，如此才能落實照護資源提供各類型的服務在社區老人身上。

However the impetus community looked after the service still to belong to the start stage for a long term care, did the concrete goal, how carry out the resources conformity to need to go a step further policy to draw up the coordination, enabled the senior citizen to choose relieved this also devotes ”in the place aging” for our country to impel to look after the policy and the industrial development common goal for a long term care, toward ”three point organization, seven branch areas” the direction diligently, related looked after for a long term care provides the transfer service, the source of wealth and so on still to treat draws up in every way, including society the politics and the conformity, the attendance service manpower insufficiency and the quality promotion, the attendance pressure relieved, the attendance support program's establishment, so could carry out looks after the resources to provide various types the service in community elderly peoples.
