臨床Calprotectin分析與應用

摘要


體內Calprotectin為36-kD的鈣鋅結合蛋白,主要由中性球及單核球等細胞產生,大多為細胞的發炎反應而分泌出,可在血液、尿液、糞便、唾液、體液及組織中被檢測出。在體內Calprotectin因與鈣離子結合相當穩定,不受熱源、細菌及蛋白質之影響,可作為特定疾病的生物指標。檢測Calprotectin濃度在診斷發炎性腸道疾病及其預後之監控。近年來Calprotectin被視為診斷腸胃道疾病的新生物標幟,及Calprotectin濃度異常與大腸直腸癌的之相關性評估,目前在挪威及英國等歐洲國家已將Calprotectin做為臨床大腸直腸癌篩檢之檢驗項目。檢驗糞便中的Calprotectin除可作為腸道發炎疾病監控及早期發現的生物指標,並可用為早期篩檢大腸直腸癌的方法之一,以達到早期發現及早期治療的目的。

Calprotectin is a 36-kD calcium zinc-binding protein in vivo and produced by neutral ball ball and mononuclear cells. Mostly Calprotectin are secreted by inflammatory reaction and detected in blood, urine, feces, saliva, body fluids and tissues. Calprotectin are stable due to combine with calcium ions in vivo. Furthermore, Calprotectin can be used as some biological indicators due to the stability of exposure in bacteria and protein. For example, Calprotectin concentrations can be used to diagnosis the inflammatory bowel disease and its prognosis of monitoring. Recently, Calprotectin used to be a new biologic indicator to diagnosis gastrointestinal disease. i.e. The concentration abnormal of Calprotectin could be the assessment of colorectal cancer. Calprotectin is a test item to screening colorectal cancer in Norway, United Kingdom and other European countries now. Test Calprotectin in fecal could be a biological indicator to early detect and monitoring of inflammatory bowel disease. Besides, it can be one of the early screening method for colorectal cancer, in order to achieve early detection and early treatment.
