A Quasi-Static Method for the Simulation of Composite Laminated Plates Subjected to Low-Velocity Impact

複材積層平板受低速衝擊之擬靜態模擬

摘要


本文以鋼製衝頭對碳纖維積層平板進行落下衝擊試驗,紀錄衝擊力及應變履歷,並以能量守恆觀點,利用平板靜態下壓資料,對此衝擊問題提出擬靜態模擬方法。此法可以迅速得到低速衝擊時,在各種不同衝頭質量及不同撞擊初速度下的動態衝擊力履歷而不需進行動態分析,可節省大量運算資源。此一擬靜態模擬法經實驗證實具有極高精確度。

A steel impactor was used in drop tests to impact composite laminated plates constructed using carbon-epoxy prepregs. The impact force and strain histories were recorded as well. This investigation proposed a quasi-static simulation method which used the results from the static crush and the aspect of energy conservation, and then the dynamic impact force given with different impactor masses and initial velocities could be rapidly predicted while making significant savings in computing resources. This presented method yielded accurate results that were compared with experiments.
