本研究嘗試以實驗設計法與模糊綜合評判的原理,建立一個可於船舶初步設計時,優選船型主要尺寸參數的方法。此方法可同時對於多個設計參數、多個評判指標進行優選評估,依不同的設計條件,選出符合需求之船型。此方法不僅克服了以往設計時大都只能以減低航行阻力值爲主要考量,而無法同時兼顧其它船舶性能指標的缺點。同時,可減少船舶設計時繁複的程序,一次評估出最佳船型設計參數。此外,本研究之程式運算流程應用現今的網路運算技術,計算船舶設計流程中各主要項目的結果。整個運算過程皆由網路用戶端的瀏覽器即可執行此設計流程之運算。利用此結合資料庫與網路技術的方式,將可達成整個造船設計流程中資訊的流通與運用,以便有效率的管理與應用資料,使得船舶初步設計的工作,更加便利。
This paper is based on the experimental design method and the fuzzy synthetic appraise principium, establish a method of optimizing main dimensions for the container ship in the preliminary design. This method can simultaneously optimize and appraise multi-design parameters and multi-assessment targets, and select the hull form appropriate to the different designs. In surmounting the design faults, considering the resistance only does not take into account other assessable targets at the same time. This will reduce the heavy and complicated works and select the optimal hull form design parameters at a time. Furthermore, this paper established a computer program by using the technology of 'Network Computing'. This is a technology of Internet based on the '3-tier Architecture', using the 'ASP (Active Server Page)' as the programming language. A user can not only easily run this program on the browser at the client side but also integrate the design information into database. This can be more efficiently for the designer to manage and make good use of the design data, and assist the designer doing the 'Preliminary design' job more conveniently.
