水下載具壓力殼開孔結構之非線性靜態研究

Nonlinear Static Analysis of Submersible Pressure Hull with Openings

摘要


壓力殼為水下載具的最重要結構,在複雜的深海環境下作業時,必須要承受極大靜水壓力作用。壓力殼的開孔結構對載具的下潛深度影響甚鉅,因此開孔結構部位的補強至為重要。本文以美國陽光造船及乾塢公司(Sun Shipbuilding & Dry Dock Company)所建造之單球型殼深海載具GUPPY (Greater Underwater Power Propulsive Type Submarine)為研究對象,並採用有限單元分析軟體ABAQUS,進行不具補強之壓力殼開孔結構分析,其次探討具考慮殼厚變化之補強壓力殼開孔結構分析以及降伏強度、極限強度及挫曲強度效應,期盼研究結果能提供深海載具設計與分析人員之參考。

Under the complex environment the pressure hull is the most important structure, which has to withstand the enormous hydrostatic pressure The openings of pressure hull seriously affect to the diving depth of underx4ater vehicles. In this paper, we took the GUPPY (Greater Underwater Power Propulsive Type Submarine) as the research object which constructed by Sun Shipbuilding & Dry Dock Company and based on finite element code ABAQUS The investigation includes the structure analysis without reinforced openings and with reinforced openings, but also the effect analysis of yield strength, ultimate strength and buckling We hoped that the results could provide the structure designers to refer in future work.
