This paper aims to develop a remote real-time monitoring of power, temperature and humidity with goad accuracy and high stability for applying to monitor the batteries supply used for underwater telemetry systems as well as the temperature and humidity conditions. The voltage and current of the lead-acid batteries in the underwater telemetry system are detected by using sensors and the residual energy of the lead-acid batteries is estimated by the Coulometric measurement. Moreover, the conditions of temperature and humidity are observed when of the underwater telemetry system is deployed into the water. As a result, the data of passer, temperature and humidity are processed by a single-board computer and are delivered to the user by the RS-232 through the underwater acoustic modem Finally, the aver can on-line observe and analyze the collected information by the LabVIEW control interfaces to real-time remotely monitor the power, temperature and humidity of the underwater telemetry system.
