浮游式黑潮渦輪機系統動態性能探討

摘要


開發海洋能擷能機具、以擷取各式各樣的海洋能源,已成為先端技術研究的一環;其中研發洋流渦輪機系統,以擷取穩定的洋流動能,更是海洋能開發的重要趨勢之一。在本論文中,我們探討國人自行研發的浮游式黑潮渦輪機系統的動態穩定性能,藉以了解系統的動態特性。我們整合了數套商用軟體與自行研發的軟體,進行相關動態特性的研究,其中包括使用WAMIT軟體得到系統的水動力參數、使用FLUENT軟體得到系統的阻力係數、使用自行開發的軟體計算渦輪機推力、並使用OrcaFlex軟體進行系統動態分析。我們設計了數個可能的情境,逐一分析系統的動態反應,發現此洋流發電系統具有非常優異的穩定性,足以在不甚穩定的海洋環境中,執行發電任務。

The development of marine energy devices to harness various kinds of ocean energy has become a new technological frontier in research. Among them, ocean current turbine systems for capturing vast power of ocean currents are one of significant trends in marine energy development. In this paper, we study the dynamics of floating Kuroshio turbine system which is under development in Taiwan. The study employed several commercial packages. The system hydrodynamic coefficients were obtained through WAMIT, system drag coefficient through FLUENT, turbine propulsive force through in-house lifting surface code, and system dynamics through OrcaFlex. Several scenarios were studied. The study shows that the system exhibits very excellent dynamic stability subject to varying ocean environments.
