摘要

協助未成年亂倫受害者走出心中的陰霾對諮商及心理治療人員是極具挑戰性的任務，本文以Dora Kalff的沙遊治療理論為基礎，探討兒時連續受親人性侵害三年的少女小喬接受沙遊治療的過程。沙遊治療在案主視野所及的沙盤框架中提供其自由及受保護的空間，案主與治療師的共移情活化案主自我療癒及成長的力量，使其獲得從受害者變為創造者的機會，並藉著自我修復及自我引導的能力安全的釋放受創心靈潛藏的困頓。本文除了探討此治療性的經驗及對案主所使用之物件象徵和方位脈絡加以詮釋之外，亦探討心理治療與社工、學校及家庭共同提供積極保護的相關議題。

It is a challenging task for most psychotherapists to help young victims of incest overcome their traumas. Based on Dora Kalff's sandplay therapy, the author presents a case to discuss the healing process for an adolescent girl who had been sexual abused by her relative for three years during childhood. Sandplay therapy provides the client with a free and protected space both physically and psychologically. In the protective context, the co-transference field has been established and healing and growth occurred. The client was able to take the creative role instead of the role of victim. Traumatize memories and experiences were worked through as the client employed her creative powers. Symbols and spatial meanings of sandplay process were warranted. Issues about working with paraprofessionals for incest victims were also discussed.
