本文主要探討國內大型企業基層勞工之工作生活品質需求核心構面。研究方法為先經由國內外相關文獻資料之歸納整理,將工作生活品質此一構念區分為個人、工作、組織三大層面,並以此為基礎蒐集發展出60個題項的調查問卷量表,再由國內一千大企業中抽取樣本發放問卷,進行實證分析工作。經由因素分析,本研究萃取出國內大型企業基層勞工之工作生活品質需求核心構面,分別為:工作成長、升遷獎酬、人際互動、生活保障、參與管理、環境支持等六大核心構面。研究並發現員工在整體工作生活品質及其六大核心構面上,其重視程度的平均得分均高於滿意狀況的平均得分,顯示員工工作生活品質需求之滿足,還有待提升。
The purpose of this study is to discuss the core dimensions of quality of work life (QWL) on the labor force of large enterprises in Taiwan. In this paper, the literatures of QWL are reviewed focusing on the three levels: individual level, job level, and organization level. Based on these levels, this study will develop a survey questionnaire with 60 items and collect empirical data from the top 1000 enterprises. By statistic analysis, this study adopts factor analysis to discover six core dimensions of QWL: job growth promotion reward, interpersonal interaction, living protection, participative management and environmental support. Besides, this study shows that the average scores of the emphasis degree on each core dimension of QWL are higher than the average scores of the statisfactory degree. Therefore, large enterprises in Taiwan should improve the quality of work life on labor force future.
