摘要

關於人口紅利的討論一直比較多，隨著第六次人口普查落下帷幕，人口紅利、老齡化等問題再一次成為人們關注的焦點，尤其是關於人口紅利與經濟增長之間的討論方興未艾。文章梳理了人口紅利的提出的源頭及內涵，並對國內外學者關於人口紅利的研究進行了分析，提出了當前中國應該調整計劃生育政策、消除城鄉制度障礙、加大農村養老保障投入、加大勞動力品質投資以提高人力資本。

There are a lot debates about demographic dividend in china for a long time, after the sixth census concluded, the discussion of demographic dividend and aging, once again, become the focus, Especially about the discussion of relation between demographic dividend and economic growth .This Article reviewed the headwater and contents of demographic dividend, analyzed domestic and foreign studies on the demographic dividend, proposed the 'only one child' policy in China should be adjusted, the government should eliminate the barriers between rural and urban areas, increase investment in rural old-age security, increase the investment on labor to improve human capital.
