台東空中真菌孢子相之研究

Study on the Aerial Fungal Spore in Taitung

摘要


使用希氏自動孢子採集器(Hirst's automatic volumetric spore traper),按月採集台東區農業改良場上空之真菌孢子期探討空中真菌孢子相,對農業改良場之影響,其結果摘要如下:1.今年採集鑑定之空中真菌孢子,分屬26屬。2.其中每月出現頻度在100個以下者計Beltrania,PaecIIomyces,Drechalera,Cylinorocarpon,Torula,及Curvularia等6屬。3.出現頻度100以上,200以下者計Endophoraganiella,Phaeospaeria,Cercospora,Cladosporium,Erysiphe,Leptosphaeria,Stemphylium,Tetroploa及Pithomyces等9屬。4.每月出現頻度在200以上300以下者,計Botrytis,Alternaria,Ascospores及Periconia等4屬。5.每月出現頻度在300以上者9,計Coprinus,Ganoderma,Agaricus,Mucorales,Nigrospora,AspergiIIus及PeniciIIium等7屬。6.孢子採集數以春秋之中溫時期為最多,雨量增加時孢子採集量即減少。

According to year round aerial fungi spora correction with Hirst's automatic volumetric spore traper above Taitung District Agricultural Improvement station, the aerial fungi spora had been roughly figured and the results were summerized as follows:1.26 genera of fungi spora were corrected during a year.2. Genera which frequency of fungi spora appeared under 100 per month were Beltrania, Paecllomyces, Drechslera, Cylinorocarpon, Torula and Curvularia.3. Genera which frequency of fungi spora appeared between 100-200 per month were EndophoraganieIla, phaeospaeria, Cercospora, Cladosporium, Erysiphe, Leptosphaeria, Stemphylium, Tetroploa and pithomyces.4. Genera which frequency of fungi spora appeared between 200-300 per month were Botrytis Alternaria, Ascospores and Periconia.5. Genera which frequency of fungi spora appeared above 300 per month were Coprinus, Ganoderma, Agaricus, Mucorales, Nigrospora, Aspergillus and Penicillium.6. Number of spora collected increased in mild temperature as spring or autumn, and it decreased in the raining days.
