橫山梨以氰氨基化鈣催芽之探討

摘要


台東地區橫山梨芽體一般自9月起萌芽率降低,開始進入休眠期,11月下旬至1月上旬為深休眠期,2月以後部份芽體開始覺醒,而在3月後解除休眠。本試驗乃探討橫山梨植株分別在12月中旬、1月中旬及2月中旬等三個時期以1:8濃度之氰氨基化鈣催芽處理,結果以12月中旬催芽效果最差,2月中旬催芽效果較佳,而在2月中旬催芽後枝條內之全可溶性糖含量有提早增加之趨勢。故台東地區橫山梨之適當催芽時期應在1月中旬以後;而施用氰氨基化鈣液催芽,過濾或不過濾並不影響催芽之效果。

The buds of 'Heng-Shan' pear tree (Pyrus serotine R.) go into dormancy in September and remain in a state of deep rest from late November to early January. The degree of dormancy diminish from February and emerges in March in Taitung prefecture, Taiwan. Field experiment showed that induction of budbreak was least effective when applied in the middle of December if dormant 'Heng-Shan' pear trees were sprayed with calcium Cyanamid solution (1:8), however, better result could be expected if it was applied in the middle of January or February. The content of total soluble sugar increased rapidly and accumulated early in shoots in the middle February sampling. The optimal time to break dormancy was in late January in Taitung. Spraying solution filtering process, in general, did not affect much in this experiment.
