摘要

金針菜斷光軟化栽培「萱黃」周年生產模式之建立，可協助金針產業調適轉型及多元化利用。萱黃由於栽培期短，最適採收日數以軟化處理16～20日，產量最豐、品質最優。另不同覆蓋資材對萱黃生產品質影響不大，採收產量則期作間顯有差異，惟仍以不透光、取得容易、成本低廉、操作省工、可重複回收使用，且不易蓄熱之資材為宜。又金針菜台東六號於平地軟化栽培，似宜避開5月盛花期及12月至翌年2月冬季低溫休眠期。

The establishment of Hsuan-huan year around production model by off-light softening after crop the aerial part of plant may help the day lily industry. Owing to the short cultivation period, Hsuan-huan need softening 16-20 days to get the highest yield and best quality. Some covered materials showed no obviously effect on Hsuan-huan quality, on the contrary, growth period had effects on production yield. The treatment of absolutely preventing sunlight were the profitable way, because of its easy getting, low production cost, less handling labour, and recycle use. The day lily of Taitung NO.6 could be cultivated except full blooming period in May and dormant period with low temperature winter from December to February.
