果園割草機之研製
Studies on the Riding Mower for Orchard
摘要
研成之果園割草機以16馬力柴油引擎為動力，割草部前置式、雙刀軸、可向右側移30公分，一次割寬達95公分，本機有高低速設計，行走使用高速三檔達16 km/hr快速至田間，割草作業時可使用高速一檔或低速一、二檔作業，遇高草莖（80公分以上）時可使用低速一檔2.0～2.5 km/hr速度行走，有充足馬力作業，果園割草機本機為四輪傳動、四輪轉向方式，迴轉半徑為1.8公尺，果園田間運轉順利，提高工作效率。割草部刀具為離心式刀具，動力由本機P.T.O軸傳動，最高轉速3,100 rpm，可以手控油壓系統操作向右側移30公分，在番荔枝果園試驗結果顯示可從事果樹行間或伸入果樹冠下進行割草作業。

The 16 HP diesel engine orchard mower install the mowing part in front of the machine. The mowing device of orchard mower can move to right side by 30 centimeter. The mowing width of orchard mower is 95 centimeter at a time. The orchard mower can use high-speed third gear (16 km/hr) to travel to the field, and can use high-speed or low speed first and second gear to perform cutting weeds. The orchard mower can use low speed first gear (2.0-2.5 km/hr) to get enough power to work in the tall weed field. The orchard mower is four-wheel driving and four-wheel steering, and the radius of turn is 1.8 meter. In the orchard, the orchard mower can run smoothly and promote the cutting efficientlly.The orchard mower has the centrifugal-type knife, and the limit rotational speed is 3,100 rpm. The power of orchard mower is from P.T.O shaft. The orchard mower can use manual operation by hydraulic pressure to move right side by 30 centimeter to perform cutting work between the fruit tree and under the canopy.
