果園施肥撒布機之研製
The Study of the Fertilizer Spreader for Orchard
摘要
研成之果園施肥撒布機包括本機及施肥機構總成兩部分，本機以12馬力柴油引擎為動力，四輪傳動、四輪轉向，施肥機構總成主要包括動力傳動機構、容量400公斤肥料箱、肥料輸送機構及肥料撒布機構等組成。果園施肥作業時本機行駛於果樹行中間，肥料向左右兩側撒布，利用調整撒布出口蓋板的角度，可控制撒布肥料落點位置，將肥料均勻撒布於果樹冠下適當地點，最大撒布寬度達左右各6公尺。配合農民施用不同肥料及施肥量需要，肥料箱內輸送鏈條速度設計可二速式控制，設定在高速位置時，每公頃施肥量400公斤，設定在低速位置時，每公頃施肥量200公斤，工作效率20分／公頃，與人工施肥作業的5小時比較，可節省93%的工作時間。

The orchard fertilizer spreader includes main machinery and fertilizer applying machinery assemblies. The main machinery is four-wheel drive, four-wheel veer with a 12 ps diesel engine. The fertilizer applying machinery assemblies include fertilizer box (capacity 400 kg), transport machinery, and spread machinery. Fertilizers can be spreaded to right and left side at the same time as the orchard fertilizer spreader traveling between crop rows. The maximum spread width is 6 meter each side. Adjusting the angle of the spear plate of spread machinery, we can control the position of spread fertilizers and spread evenly under the canopy. The transport chain in fertilizer box has low and high speed in order to fit different kinds and usage of fertilizer application for fanners. The fertilizer usage is 400 kg at high speed and 200 kg at low speed. The working efficiency of the orchard fertilizer spreader is 20 minute/ha and save 93% working time require by manpower (working efficiency 5 hour/ha).
