臺東地區早熟枇杷品種適應性之研究

摘要

本研究之目的在探討早熟品種枇杷在臺東地區之適應性，試驗結果‘長崎早生’及‘早鍾6號’兩品種之開花率均達90%以上，明顯較對照品種‘茂木’之開花率高。果實品質方面，‘早鍾6號’之果實平均單果重達45.3公克，較對照品種‘茂木’大，‘長崎早生’之果實較小。產期方面，‘長崎早生’及‘早鍾6號’兩品種之主要產期分別在1月及2月份，均較對照‘茂木’提早1個月以上綜合以上結果，‘長崎早生’品種之開花率高、產期早且果型佳，但在卑南鄉試。區（海拔150公尺）栽培果實較小，而太麻里鄉試區（海拔500公尺）平均單果重達35.2公克，果實較大，可達市場需求，因此該品種應在海拔高度500公尺左右之地區種植較佳。‘早鍾6號’品種之開花率高、產期早且果實品質佳；但裂果率及紫斑症發生率較高。

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the adaptation of early variety loquat at Taitung area. The results showed that the flowering rate of Nagasakiwase and Chao-Chung No. 6 both had been over 90% than Mozi variety. The average fruit weight of Chao-Chung No. 6 were 45.3 gram and 49.5 gram at Beiuan and Taimali area respectively larger than Mozi. Nagasakiwase and Chao-Chung No. 6 had harvested in January and February, while about one month earlier than Mozi. Nagasakiwase had high flowering rate, early mature and small fruit weight, but at Taimali area the fruit can get 35.2 gram. Chao-Chung No. 6 also had high flowering rate and early mature characters, but the variety had higher rate of fruit cracking and purpura. There were no difference in total soluble solids content among three varieties. The results suggested it better to cultivate Nagasakiwase loquat above 500 meters sea level at Taitung area.
