摘要

因應能源節約及環境保護之要求，工業產品走向輕量化是必然之道。本文將簡扼敘述合金、鎂合金、銅合金等非鐵及輕金屬之生產技術及應用領域。鋁合金板材之關鍵生產技術為提高板厚精度及形狀控制技術，應用製品主要有飲料罐、汽車零件、電解冷凝器、小斷面冷凝管、雷射印表機感光輥筒。鎂合金之特性是質量輕，應用製品主要有汽車零件、自行車零件、３Ｃ產品零件（筆記型電腦、行動電話、數位相機）。銅合金應用製品主要有線割放電加工用電極銅線、空調設備用銅管、散熱器用銅管。

In order to meet the requisites of energy save and environment protection, industrial products must be toward light-weighted. This article will illustrate the production technology and application fields of non-ferrous and light metals, for example, aluminum alloy、magnesium alloy、copper alloy etc. The key production technology of aluminum sheets are thickness accuracy and shape control, its main application products are drink cans、automobile parts , electrolytic condenser、small tube for condenser、drum for laser printer. Magnesium alloy has the character of light-weight, its main application products are automobile parts、bicycle parts、3C product's parts. The main application products of copper alloy are copper wire for WEDM、copper tube for air conditioner、copper tube for heat sinker.
