鈦及鈦合金之製程簡介

摘要


鈦及鈦合金原用於航太工業,近年來大量用於石化、生醫等工業。台灣進口鈦合金材料數量,由民國83年的750噸增加至民國86年的3500噸,成長約4.67倍,充分說明鈦金屬產業在台灣之重要性。本文旨在說明鈦及鈦合金之基礎物理冶金觀念,並概述鈦合金工業之製造流程,同時介紹產製鈦合金棒材之鍜造轉質技術及輥軋成型技術。

Titanium alloys are initially applied to aerospace industry and have been used widely in the applications of chemical industry, medical industry, and so on. In the past few years, the import quantity of titanium metal in Taiwan grew 4.67%, from 750 metric tons in 1994 to 3500 metric tons in 1997. Obviously, it implies the potentiality of titanium industry in Taiwan. The content of this article includes the physical metallurgy, fabrication, converting technology and rolling process of titanium alloys.
