摘要


熱管是一個非常高的熱傳導裝置,它以相當低的熱溫差來轉換大量的熱能並且操作時不需要外加動力,是相當省能源且高效率的一個裝置。本文章首先介紹熱管的構造,藉以解釋作動原理與其運作限制。接著以流程圖說明設計程序以及製造工程。最後,介紹幾個熱管的應用實例。

The heat pipe is a device of very high thermal conductance. It transfers large quantities of heat with very low thermal gradient and does not need external energy when working. It can conserve the power and is a device with high efficient. This paper discusses the structures of a heat pipe, explains the operating theory and limits first. Then, the design process and manufacturing engineering of a heat pipe has been shown with flow charts. Finally, several application examples are presented.
