鉚接扣件之電腦輔助工程分析

摘要


由於組立之方便性與可靠性佳,鉚接扣件被大量應用在民生工業、車輛工業、甚至航太工業之接合用途上。鉚接扣件從生產至使用階段,經歷塑性加工(鍛造)製程、扣接製程、使用過程等三階段,特別是作為航太工業使用之扣件更需詳細加以驗證。本文針對工業扣件之扣接製程與使用過程,提出一電腦輔助工程分析之模式。扣件之扣接製程可歸屬於塑性加工製程,本文採用DEFORM 2D軟體加以分析,主要是欲獲知扣接過程中拉帽材料流進拉釘溝槽之流動性、充填性與應變分佈等資料;而扣件之使用過程則屬結構分析課題, 本文採用ANSYS軟體加以分析,主要是欲獲知使用過程中拉帽與拉釘之內應力是否超出抗拉強度。採用工程分析之模式預先獲得相關參數,有助於扣件品質之改良或新扣件之設計。

Due to the convenience and reliability, fasteners have been widely used in industry. There are three stages of fastener form manufacturing to servicing, i. e. forming, joining, and servicing. Especially for the application in aerospace industry, fastener should be verified in detail. In the proposed paper, an analysis model has been present, including joining process and servicing process. In joining process, the FEM package DEFORM 2D is used to simulate the material of nut flowing into the cavity of bolt as well as to obtain the strain distribution after joining. In servicing process, another FEM package ANASYS is used to analyze the peak stress and check whether it exceeds the ultimate tensile stress or not. By using the proposed engineering analysis model, it is possible to obtain the process parameter and helpful to refine the property of fastener.
