利用高壓液體進行擠壓成形技術之構想始於1893年Robertson 的專利,之後,相關技術及基礎研究相繼進行,在50年代後半起,蘇聯、英國、美國等盛行此一技術之基礎研究,乃至1970年代,冷間靜液壓擠壓製程技術工業化,甚至1000°C以上的熱間靜液壓擠壓技術進行研究與開發。本文將從靜液壓擠壓成形製程的介紹作開始,說明靜液壓擠壓成形製程特色、相關設備、可應用之材料、相關製程參數及應用情形。
Driven by the Robertson’s Patent in 1893, hydrostatic extrusion process, a metal forming process using high pressure technology, has been studied for over 100 years. Many countries, such as USA, United Kingdom and United Soviet, etc., took that as a milestone technological investigation during their industrial development, especially in 50 era. In the beginning of 70 era, not only the cold hydrostatic extrusion process but also the high temperature (over 1000°C) hydrostatic extrusion were well developed for industrial production. The aim of this paper is to introduce the process, including its process, plants, applied materials and applications, to our industrialists as a reference for developing new and potential products.
