摘要


本文旨在研發一能透過網際網路(Internet),運用分散式資源(Distributed resources),以建構一遠端電腦輔助工程分析(Remote Quick CAE)應用系統之介面環境;此一環境將提供座落於近端(local)之製程工程師一智慧型軟體幫手與良善之跨平台使用者介面(Platform independent user-friendly interface),協助該工程師應用遠端之電腦輔助工程分析系統,以輔助製程設計、模具設計與製造活動之進行;並將以金屬擠伸製程之遠距模擬解析作為案例,以驗證研發出之系統的可行性。 本研究的成果將能協助希望藉由引進電腦輔助工程分析技術以提昇技術甚至轉型之產業,例如金屬成形相關產業,對內改善製程開發程序及方法,對外則可擴展成遠距協同式金屬成形模具以及製程最佳化系統架構,提供遠距協同式自動化運作環境,以因應企業多點、多國化、核心設計與自動化製造技術根留台灣之策略,進一步協助產業技術升級與轉型。

This paper aims for the study on the environment of a remote CAE application interface through Internet. This environment will provide local manufacturing engineers with a remote software tool that is user-friendly and platform-independent for remote computer-aided engineering analysis on process design, die design and manufacturing activities based on Web browsers. A solid metal extrusion die surface optimization system has been adopted as a case study to realize the proposed system. This has resulted in a feasible system that can be extended and used by the industry that needs computer aided engineering technology towards technology upgrade on metal forming processes. The methodology of the developed system can also be referenced as a collaborative strategy in keeping core technology and competitive advantages for a multinational enterprise.
