靜液壓線材擠壓成形技術之發展與探討
The Development and Discussion of Hydrostatic Wire Extrusion Process
摘要
雖然靜液壓擠壓技術已有多年的發展歷史，但一直以來其於線材工業的應用評價甚少被討論，以一情形一直延續至今。本文的目的主要有兩點：一、說明靜液壓擠壓製程在線材工業應用上的發展；二，提出靜液壓擠壓技術應用於線材的生產製程之可行性。

Although the pressure of hydrostatic extrusion has been known for many years, there has been no appreciable commercial exploitation of it. This continues to be true despite continuing research in several countries. The purpose of this paper is to fold; first, to define some of the significant problems that have continued to obstruct commercial applications of the process and second to present proposed solutions which are the results of a research program designed to evaluate the hydrostatic extrusion process to make wire.
