摘要


本文說明超音波加工的原理與介紹構成超音波振動系統之元件及其功用。文中介紹超音波應用於金屬成形上的研究,除說明超音波產生的聲波軟化與聲波硬化現象外,研究亦指出利用模態分析不僅可設計超音波振動系統,更可準確預測系統於工作頻率下的振動模式。各項研究成果皆顯示應用超音波能量於金屬成形將可改善其傳統製程中的缺陷,並可拓展其工件材料的成形性與成形極限,以增加傳統金屬成形製程的效率。

This article explains the principle of ultrasonic machining and introduces the components of ultrasonic vibration system and their functions. The text also introduces the researches of ultrasonic applied on metal forming. In addition to acoustic softening and acoustic hardening, the studies indicate that applications of modal analysis could not only design the ultrasonic vibration system but also predict vibration modes of the system accurately in working frequency. All results of researches reveal that applications of ultrasonic energy on metal forming could improve defects of traditional processes, extend the formability and forming limit of workpieces, and raise the efficiency of traditional metal forming processes.
