管件液壓成形之材料流動特性測定介紹

摘要


管件液壓成形CAE模擬分析之成功與否其中最重要的環節取決材料的流動特性參數之準確與否。單軸拉伸試驗以單軸方向之拉力來求得材料特性,然而管件液壓形是受到雙軸、甚至三軸方向的應力,因此單軸拉伸試驗所得到之材料流動特性參數若直接應用在液壓成形模擬上會有模擬不準確的疑慮。另外有縫管是由板材經滾軋所成形的,所受滾軋效應會使管材的成形性與板材的有些不同,無縫管則經由擠壓成形製程而來,更與板材毫無關連,因此需有測定管材液壓成形之材料流動特性參數的方法。本文將介紹有關管件液壓成形材料流動特性之測定方法,以供業界參考。

The success of CAE simulation about tube hydro forming is majorly depend on the correct of the material properties. the tension test depends on uniaxial force to find out the material properties. In THF, on the other hand, the material is stretched in a bi-axial even tri-axial fashion. Relying on such uni-axial material definition for bi-axial forming may lead to inaccuracies in FEA results. During the rolling operation some of the formability of the sheet metal is consumed. thus the formability and stress-strain behavior of the tubular blank will be different than that of the original flat sheet. Seamless tube is produced by extrusion, not any concerning about the flat sheet, this article would introduce several processes for determining the material properties. That could satisfy others need.
