液壓成形技術於精密波紋管產品開發

Application of tube hydroforming (THF) technology to the Development of Precision Bellows

摘要


依據經濟部91年度產業技術資訊調查報告(ITIS)(1),金屬波紋管廣泛應用於真空配管、真空導引、真空開關中,屬成長較快之應用領域。根據估算,國內一半導體廠之年需求量為1,800個,金額約為2,000~3,000萬元,產品單價25~300美元均有,以十家廠計算年需求約為2~3億元。(此應不包含較小型之波紋管用於真空開關、真空導引、真空閥、定位/操控桿內較小型之波紋管)。金屬中心91年度執行經濟部科技專案計劃,以半導體用之精密波紋管為載具,引進日本山本水壓之精密波紋管液壓成形技術及設備進行精密波紋管液壓成形研究開發。本文簡述液壓成形製程、精密波紋管之應用領域,到實際精密波紋管產品開發,提供國內有興趣業者參考。在精密波紋管實際成形中,並同時紀錄其中波紋管液壓成形之相關數據(壓力、位移曲線),藉以對精密波紋管的液壓成形製程、參數的控制、設備與模具的調整等作一初步探討與研究,最後對未來國內應投入之研發工作產品領域提供一些建議。

According to the recent IT IS report issued in 2002, metal bellows can be used in various fields such as vacuum system and valve industry. The annual import value is estimated to be 200~300 million NT for vacuum system alone. Sponsored by MOEA project, MIRDC perform a technology transfer from HYPREX, Japan regarding the bellows hydroforming technology. This paper summarizes a technological review of bellows hydroforming process from the aspects of application, design as well as experiment and batch production. In the end, suggestion is proposed for those who are interested in developing bellows hydroforming technology.
