以田口實驗設計法進行多道次冷打頭模具設計最佳化之研究

摘要


本文針對2017高強度鋁合金進行多道次冷打頭製程模具最佳化設計,應用田口實驗設計法建立模擬方案,藉由改變試件高度減縮比、預成形模具錐形角和模具拘束長度等進行FEM模擬分析,以獲得模具應力之品質特性,配合田口設計法直交表交互作用之S/N比響應,以求得製程參數影響權重,並獲得最佳參數組合之模具設計。本文所建立之最佳化設計方法可以提供作為多道次等鍛製程規劃與模具設計之參考依據。

The optimal die design in multi-pass cold heading using Taguchi design method for AA 2017 is studied in this paper. The FEM simulation plans are constructed using Taguchi method for various design parameters, including heigh-reduction ratio, cone angle and constrained length of preforming die. The die stresses as the quality characteristics are obtained through FEM simulation. Based on the S/N response from the interaction analysis in orthogonal arrays, the weighting factors of the design parameters are obtained to accomplish the optimal parameter design of die geometry. The optimal design method constructed in this paper was demonstrated to be applicable to process planning and die design in multi-pass cold forging process.
