精微金屬軸座之成形製程分析

The Forming Process Analysis of the Mini-Sized Shaft Seat for Coin Type Motors

摘要


本研究針對薄型馬達關鍵零件之一的金屬軸座,進行成形製程分析與研究。由於薄型馬達的尺寸已經小到僅有中ø12mm×2.5mm,金屬軸座的尺寸也大幅地縮小到僅有ø3.4mm×1mm,且部分的特徵尺寸小至ø2mm×0.05mm,因此單用鍛造成形的概念或者是沖壓成形的手法,已無法滿足這類精微產品的需求,因此本研究透過沖鍛成形技術的引人,並透過CAE模擬軟體Deform加以分析,期望能提供對同類型產品在成形製程規劃的參考。

In this study, the forming process of a mini-sized shaft seat is analyzed. The Shaft seat is one of the key components of the coin type motors. The size of the coin type motor is ø12mm×2.5mm. The size of the shaft seat is as small as ø3.4mm×1mm. furthermore, a feature of the shaft seat even as small as ø2mm×0.05mm. Since the shape of the shaft seat is complicated. It's not easy to form the shaft seat only via forging or pressing respectively. A press forging is introduced in this study and the forming process is simulated via a CAE soft are, DEFORM.
