傘齒輪塑性成形技術及其研究趨勢

Metal Forming Technologies and Research Trends of Bevel Gears

摘要


傘齒輪是機械傳動的重要零件之一,使用塑性成形方式生產傘齒輪具有高效率、低成本、省材料及省能源及高強度等的優勢,然而在此生產方式上仍有許多技術問題需要突破;這也因此驅使了傘齒輪的各種塑性技術的研究與發展。本文乃針對傘齒輪塑性成形技術各種方法之概況、原理、特點等進行阐述,並對過去專家學者所完成的相關研究加以探討,以瞭解傘齒惴塑性加下技術發展與研究的趨勢,使國內塑性加工生產傘齒輪等產品的技術發展有資借鏡,以提升國內尚輪塑性加工製造生產的競爭力。

Bevel gear is an essential part in the transmission component, It exhibits better production efficiency and higher strength when produced with metal forming processes. However, there are still a few technical issues to be resolved which result in various research and development with the forming of bevel gears. This report reviews the theories and characteristics of various forming processes of bevel gears. Related research works were reviewed to help realize the trend of the forming technologies and research topics. It is hoped that the domestic manufactures of bevel gears can enhance their competitive advantages by applying the knowledge of the reviewed forming technologies and research.
