鈦金属抽線製程技術研究

The Process Research of Titanium Wire Drawing

摘要


鈦金属線材具有比強度高、無磁性及耐蝕性佳等特性作為發展利基,除了以往的國防、航空等用途外,近幾年在民生用品的需求也急速上升,而其俊秀的人體親合性更是在醫療器材领域具有寵大的市場商機。不過由於鈦金屬的難成形特性,導致線材加工成本過高,影響了鈦金屬線材的應用推廣,因此有必要以抽線原理為基礎进行製程技術研究,進行鈦金屬表面潤滑處理技術建立以及摩擦係数测試,以降低鈦金屬線材之加工難度及提升加工品質。本文介紹數種抽線新技術,可做為未来解決難成形材加工之研究方法。

The characteristics of Titanium wire have high Specific strength, nonmagnetic, and excellent corrosion-resisting properties, which make it beneficial for development. Except for defence and aviation, the demand for Titanium wire in the commodity increase substantially in recent years and there is enormous market in medical instruments because of the excellent biocompatibility. Due to it is difficult for metal forming, the cost of the process is too expensive, and influences the promotion of Titanium wire. It is necessary for the process research according to the wire-drawing theory, establishing the Titanium lubrication technology, and the tests of the friction factor, and they can reduce the difficult of procedure and advance the quality. There are many new wire-drawing technologies in this paper, and they can be the methods to solve to process the hard-forming material in the future.
