鎂合金管材在溫間加工時擁有較好的成形性,本文先對鎂板進行溫間單軸拉伸試驗,探討其塑流應力與溫度及應變率之關係。另外,將設計一套可在溫間對管材進行軸向進給及內壓鼓脹的試驗機台。藉由此自行設計的溫間鼓脹成形試驗機,對鎂合金AZ61管材進行管件溫間成形實驗,探討不同溫度下管材的成形性。
Magnesium alloy tubes have good formability at elevated temperatures. In this paper, firstly, uniaxial tensile tests are conducted to evaluate the flow stress of AZ61 magnesium alloy at different temperatures and strain rates. Secondly, a hydraulic warm forming machine with axial feeding and internal pressure is designed and manufactured. Using this testing machine, experiments of hydraulic forming of AZ61 magnesium alloy tubes at elevated temperatures are carried out. From the experimental results, the formability of tubes at different temperatures are discussed.
