汽車用電磁閥外殼之傳送模製程開發

A Process Development of the Transfer Die on the Solenoid Case in Car

摘要


利用傳送沖壓技術開發汽車用電磁閥外殼,此技術特色在於該產品具複雜外型而且所要求之尺寸精度極高,載具材質為SPCE(PO材),傳送加工道次共19站。本汽車用電磁閥外殼所應用到的技術範圍為多道次引伸及沖切複合傳送沖模技術,特別適合於連續模具甚難加工之製品及各型同時需要深引伸與側沖切工程之產品,此技術對於製品形狀範圍限制較少。可應用範圍小至電磁閥外殼、馬達外殼、廚房用具,大如家庭電器、交通工具板金零件等各種大批量之製品。本文主要以汽車用電磁閥外殼為載具,探討以傳送技術開發該產品之可行性,並以DEFORM模擬分析軟體做為輔助設計之工具,藉由CAE分析軟體確認各工程道次之製程參數,作為製程及模具設計重要之參考資料,進而有效減少實際試、修模次數,達到降低成本之目的。根據CAE模擬分析結果以及實際試模結果,各道次成形工件外觀與尺寸公差範圍,均符合原先各道次胚料之設計要求,顯示製程設計與模具設計為可行。整體定案製程為:板材下料→初引伸→心軸第一道引伸→心軸第二道再引伸→心軸第三道再引伸→心軸第四道再引伸→心軸第五道再引伸→心軸整形→外徑再抽製→心軸整型及外徑引縮→沖異形孔→空站(翻轉)→側沖切一(腳部粗切)→側沖切二(腳部粗切)→側沖切三(腳部粗切)→側沖切四(腳部精修整)→整形二→沖側孔→沖中孔。

In this study, the aim was to develop the solenoid case used in car by transfer press working technology. The material of the solenoid case was SPCE(PO). There are 19 stations in this transfer press working process. Many products like the case of motor, kitchenware, parts of electric equipments and parts of transportation, etc. can apply this technology, because transfer press working is very flexible in die design. We will discuss the feasibility of the whole process designed in this study. Firstly, we use CAE software to confirm all of the process parameters. Then, the optimum variables according to the results of CAE simulation are used to design the actual die and are certified by the stamping experiment using SPCE carbon steel sheet for drawing of forming. It can accelerate the whole research and development timing much more decidedly than just follow the former experience by someone. According to the results of CAE simulations and actual stamping experiments, all of the dimensions measured were fit in with requirements. It shows that the process design were capable of producing this solenoid case. The processes are as follows: Blanking→Drawing→Mandrel drawing 1→Mandrel drawing 2→Mandrel drawing 3→Mandrel drawing 4→Mandrel drawing 5→Mandrel sizing→Outside diameter redrawing→Ironing→Punching(3 half-moon holes)→Turn over→Lateral punching1→Lateral punching2→Lateral punching3→Lateral punching4→Sizing 2→Lateral piercing(4 holes)→Mandrel piercing.
