庫倫摩擦下逆向擠製成形之有限元素模擬

FEM Simulation on Backward Extrusion Forming with Coulomb Friction

摘要


本研究主要以SUPERFORM商用有限分析軟體模擬逆向擠製成形,假設模具與衝頭為庫倫摩擦下,探討衝頭幾何尺寸、摩擦係數、工件幾何外觀比等參數對於逆向擠製成形所產生等效應力場、等效應變場、速度場、衝頭負荷之影響,並能預測工件成形形狀。文中亦探討庫倫摩擦係數與定剪摩擦因子之對應關係,並比較其兩者之差異性。

The SUPERFORM commercial finite element method is used to simulate the backward extrusion forming assuming Coulomb friction for the die and punch to explore effects of the geometrical dimensions of punch, frictional coefficient, aspect ratio of work-piece etc upon the equivalent stress field, equivalent strain field, velocity field and punch force. Furthermore, the forming shape of work-piece can be predicted. In this study, the corresponding relationship between Coulomb frictional coefficient and constant shear frictional factor has been investigated, and the variations of both models have been compared.
