垂直放射狀鰭片冷間鍛造製程與模具設計之研究

摘要


本研究以AA6061鋁合金之LED燈座散熱片作為開發載具,藉以針對垂直放射狀鰭片前向擠出之冷間鍛造成形相關技術進行探討與研究,並使用CAE模擬分析軟體-DEFORM來輔助衝擊前向擠出成形中模具所承受之應力與應變及材料流動之情形,規劃前向擠出成形工程設計及模組結構開發,藉以尋找散熱片冷間精密鍛造之最佳成形參數。最後以實際鍛造試驗,來探討與驗證所設計製程之可行性。

In this study, the aims were to analyze the cold forging process of the forward extrusion method and to investigate the design of the mechanism applied in the AA6061 heat sink part forging die set. First the CAE software, ”DEFORM-3D”, is not only used to analyze the stress and strain in the die as well as the situation of material flow during forging, but also analyze the forward extrusion process and the variables in extrusion die design are investigated. Then, the optimum variables according to the results of CAE simulation are used to design the actual die and are certified by the forging experiment using AA6061 aluminum alloy as the billet.
