本研究進行SUS301不鏽鋼板材沖切成形的研究,針對沖切的相關參數做實驗分析研究,建立常用之沖壓材料沖剪断面之相關資料,板厚0.5mm,沖切間隙共有5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%六種,並建立與板紋垂直及水平之剪斷斷面資料,了解沖孔後其橫截面之彎垂面、剪斷面、破斷面的厚薄與沖孔間隙間之關係,同時亦測量沖切後內孔的尺寸變化。研究結果顯示,在板材壓延之方向性的改變下,對整個截面上的彎垂面、剪斷面、破斷面的分布大小情況影響不大,其曲線大致上都是重合的,沒有太大的變化。在製品沖剪口與間隙之關係中,其彎垂面部份所有材料都是隨著間隙的增加而加大其彎垂面的厚度。剪斷面部份是隨著間隙的增加而降低其剪斷面的厚度。破斷面部份,在間隙5%及10%時較低,其餘部份則一樣高。而在沖孔板材孔距量測中,明顯的看到尺寸會隨著間隙的加大而上昇。
This research focus on the related parameters of SUS301 sheet piercing and establish the related data, relevant to shearing fracture surface of stamping materials. The experiment uses the material thickness of 0.5mm and six different types of piercing clearance including 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, and 30% respectively. The research sets up the data of fracture surface vertical and horizontal to sheet grain. The data helps to realize the relations between piercing clearance and the thicknesses of roll-over zone, burnish zone, and fracture zone on the piercing lateral section. In the meantime, the experiment measures the change of internal diameter after piercing.The results indicate that variation of sheet rolling direction does not affect the distribution of roll-over zone, burnish zone and fracture zone on the lateral section. The distribution curves are generally overlapped and less divergent.The relation between fracture surface and piercing clearance indicates when piercing clearance increases, the roll-over zone will expand its thickness. However piercing clearance increases, the burnish zone will decrease its thickness. The fracture zone at 5% and 10% clearance was less than the othes clearance.Measurement of the diameters of holes in piercing sheet significantly shows that dimension will increase following the expansion of piercing clearance.
