高壓氣瓶沖壓塑性成形製程分析與改善

Analysis and Improvement of Stamping Processes for High Pressure Gas Vessels

摘要


高壓氣瓶是近幾年應用相當廣泛的產品,使用領域越來越趨向生活化。高壓氣瓶的生產品質、精度亦趨嚴格,其製造主要是由板材經引伸、縮口等沖壓塑性成形,雖然製程看似簡單,卻是一件精密的產品。本文主要係利用三維有限元素模擬、實驗及電腦輔助設計等方法對高壓氣瓶進行多道次引伸與縮口製程進行分析改善與模具設計。首先探討高壓氣瓶的製造流程,並針對各製程進行基本原理闡述,然後分別利用有限元素分析軟體DEFORM-3D及模具設計軟體VISI進行各沖壓製程之模擬分析及模具設計,探討高壓氣瓶由板材經引伸、縮口成形等傳統各個製程參數對高壓氣瓶成形的影響,並將模擬與實驗成形進行比對。其後藉由模擬分析來進行引伸與縮口成形道次之縮減分析與改善,最後進行改善後沖壓成形各道次模具的總體設計與建構。

High pressure gas vessel is an extremely popular product in recent years, and its application domains have been extended to daily lives. High production quality and precision of high pressure gas vessel are thus demanded gradually. High pressure gas vessel is made by stamping processes, such as deep drawing and sinking, etc. The processes seem to be simple, but it is actually a precision product. In the current study, the 3D finite element simulation, experiments and computer aided design were used for the analysis and improvement of multi pass deep drawing and sinking and the design of stamping die for the high pressure gas vessel. Firstly, the manufacturing processes and the basic principles of high pressure gas vessel were explained. Then, the FE software DEFORM-3D and the die design software VISI were employed to simulate and analyze the stamping processes and design stamping dies respectively. The influences of processes parameters, deep drawing and sinking, on the forming of high pressure gas vessel were also studied. Comparison between the simulations and the experiments of stamping was made, too. Through the simulation methods, the passes reducing of deep drawing and sinking have been analyzed and improved. Finally, the total design and construction of the stamping die in every improved pass were finished.
