The Application of Deep Drawing Progressive Die Development for the Stainless Steel Tube with High Aspect Ratio
摘要
本文主要介紹金屬工業研究發展中心，以深引伸技術開發高長徑比不銹鋼管件連續模具之成果，包含工程規劃、模具設計及試模等方面。此技術特色在於高長徑比，所需要的深引伸模具技術是非常困難的。

In this paper, the author would like to disclose the development in progressive die for high aspect ratio deep drawing stainless steel tube at MIRDC. It included the blank layout, die design technologies and pilot run. For the stainless steel tube with high aspect ratio, there are many challenges in the front of tool makers.
