鋁合金手機外殼板件液壓成形之研究

A Study on Sheet Metal Hydrofotming of Aluminum Metal for Cell Phone Housing

摘要


傳統手機殼件是以多道次沖壓成形,工序複雜且表面品質不易掌握,其生產成本高且製程週期較長。本研究之目的即是利用板材液壓成形方法與特性來製造具複雜造型之高品質殼件,以簡單之模具設計,以及精簡之工程道次成形更複雜造型成品,且製品具有高表面品質並能減少傳統製程造成之表面刮傷等缺陷。因此本研究以鋁合金手機殼件為研究載具,利用有限元素模擬分析技術(PAM-STAMP)進行手機殼件板液壓成形可行性分析,包含製程及模具設計規劃,並探討其製造參數之影響。而本研究成果可提供3C產品業者進行製程規劃以及模具設計時之參考。

The traditional cell phone housing is made by stamping in multiple stage forming. The process complicated and it is hard to control the surface quality. The cost is much higher and have longer cycle time. This study proves that the sheet metal hydroforming (SHF) provides a possible method to make premium products with complicated shapes and high surface quality. SHF can make products with more complicated shapes through simple die design and can minimize its forming steps. Moreover the products will also get rid off drawbacks such as scratches which may occur by using conventional forming methodsIn this study, a FEM simulation technique (PAM-STAMP) is applied to the sheet hydroforming of cell phone housing. Discussing the feasibility of the process designed. And using CAE software (PAM-STAMP) to confirm the process parameters. Then, the process parameters according to CAE simulation are used to design the actual die. We hope the results of the present study could be used as a basis of designing and developing sheet hydroforming of cell phone housing and be helpful to the related industry application.
