鈦金屬螺絲打頭製程之模擬分析

Simulation Analysis of Heading Processes of Titanium Screws

摘要


鈦金屬具有強度高、質量輕、耐腐蝕的優點,主要運用在航太產業,隨著加工技術及人民消費力的提升,逐漸運用在汽機車、運動休閒器材等產業。也因為鈦無毒性且生物相容性高,廣泛運用在生醫領域。本研究利用有限元素分析進行鈦金屬螺絲打頭模擬,探討製程參數對鍛造力與成形性的影響。打頭製程分為三道次進行鍛造,第一道次為螺絲軸部擠出製程,第二道次為頭部預成形製程,第三道次為頭部內六角槽孔成形製程。藉由製程參數及模具設計,可避免螺絲打頭過程所發生的缺陷。

Titanium alloys with high strength, light weight, and corrosion resistance advantages, are mainly used in aerospace industries. Following the improvement of processing technology and increase of livingexpenditure ability, titanium alloysare also used in automotive, sports leisure goods and other industries. Because of non-toxicity and high biocompatibility, titanium alloysare widely applied in biomedical fields. This study investigates the effects of the heading process parameters on the heading load and metal flow pattern during heading processes of titanium alloy screws by the finite element analysis. A heading process is generally composed of three stages. The first stage is extrusion of the screw shaft. The second stage is preforming of the screw head. The third stage is forgingofthe innerhexagonal socket part of the screw head. By appropriate process parameters control and die design, defects occurring in the headingprocess can be avoided.
