複雜斷面中空鋁擠型模具設計之研究

摘要


本研究主要以DEFORM 3D探討Al6061複雜斷面中空管材之熱擠製加工成形性,以最終設計模具Type(3)模具搭配三種製程溫度來觀測其應力分佈情形,由模擬結果得知在製程溫度480℃底下模具承受較小的應力,使模具不易損壞。在模具設計中加大母模銲合室袋狀面積及縮小公模心軸的截面積,可有效使母模銲合室出口流速增加進而改善成形均勻度的問題。

The main purpose of this study is to explore extrudability of Al6061 with hollow and complicated cross-section by using DEFORM 3D to simulate the extrusion process. In this simulation, we choose three different temperatures to observe stress distribution individually. The simulation result showed us that Type (3) had the best stress distribution at 480℃, it means that the die is more durable in the extrusion process. The uniform material flow was obtained by enlarging the pocket geometry in lower die and reducing the cross section area of mandrel in upper die.
