鉻鉬鋼自行車前叉錐度管抽拉成形之有限元素分析

Finite Element Analysis of Cr-Mo Steel Bicycle Front Fork Tapered Tube Drawing Formin

摘要


近年來,環保意識抬頭,自行車等綠色思維逐漸成為關注的焦點。本文使用剛塑性有限元素分析軟體DEFORM^(TM) 3D,針對自行車前叉錐度管抽拉成形之塑性變形行為進行模擬分析。首先利用Inventor繪圖軟體對於自行車前叉模具及產品外型進行建模,匯入DEFORM^(TM) 3D有限元素分析模擬軟體進行分析,分析方法採用剛塑性模式,使用胚料為鉻鉬鋼(Cr-Mo Steel),並假設抽拉模具為剛體,以胚料溫度、摩擦因子、減縮模半模角和抽拉速度等變數進行一連串的解析,最後使用田口法找出最佳的自行車前叉錐度管之製程參數。

In recent years, environmental awareness, bicycles and other green thinking is becoming the focus of attention. The plan used a rigid-plastic finite element analysis the software DEFORM^(TM) 3D plastic deformation behavior to analyze bicycle front fork tapered tube drawing process. First we use Inventor graphics software to set up the professional bicycle front fork of the mold and appearance, then the import finite element (FE) DEFORM^(TM) 3D software for analysis products. The paper used rigid-plastic model analytical methods, using chromium molybdenum steel (Co-Mo steel) billet and assuming die to be rigid body. A series of simulation analyses in which the variables depend on billet temperature, friction factor, half die angle, drawing speed et al.. Finally we use Taguchi method to find the optimum bicycle front fork tapered tube process parameters.
