鋁合金擠型線上彎曲製程研究

A Study with Bending on Extrusion Process

摘要


因應國際環保趨勢,汽車零組件多以鋁合金取代鋼鐵達成節能減碳之目的,而製程上以擠型配合不同程度彎曲成形滿足輕量化與強度需求,然而鋁合金不若鋼材擁有優異延伸性,在室溫下大角度彎曲成形時,常導致表面微破裂或橘皮現象,對產品產生不可逆之損壞;本計畫將與擠型設備整合,建構線上彎曲成形平台,藉由熱間擠型後350~450℃之管材餘溫,可提升相較室溫4倍以上之延伸特性,避免彎曲成形時產生結構性之危害缺陷。

This project will develop bending equipment on extrusion process, After extrusion, the 350 ~ 450 ℃ remanent warmth can improve more than four times elongation, to avoid structural defects when bending.
