利用有限元素模擬探討圓形長管狀鍛件缺陷產生原因及成形方法改善

摘要


研究是針對圓形長管狀鍛件於鍛造時產生破裂的缺陷現象,進行發生原因的探討,並對於成形方法提出改善的對策,期能消除破裂的缺陷。藉由商用模擬軟體針對成形方法進行模擬,利用點追踪功能,觀察材料在鍛造過程中的流動方向與速度大小及在元素中產生等效應力、等效應變、破損值等的分佈情形。再者利用模擬軟體功能模擬胚料在成形中的鍛流線,並與實際成品產生的鍛流線互相互比較,藉以判斷破裂產生的原因,進而修改成形方法以模擬軟體模擬確認其可行性,最後進行實際鍛造以達到產品之要求。

The study aims at the defect caused by fracture in the forging of a long circular pipe part to explore the reasons occurred. Besides, the forming method has been proposed to eliminate the fracture defects. The flow direction, the velocity, the effective stress, the effective strain, the damage value etc. can be observed by using the point tracking function in the commercial simulation software. Moreover, the forging stream line occurred in the workpiece forming based on the simulation software compares to that in realistic product so as to determine the reasons caused by fracture, furthermore modifying the forming method and using the simulation software to confirm the acceptance. Finally, the realistic forging has been performed to reach the requirement of product.
