矩形管之液壓複合成形之研究

摘要


本文是將鋁合金AA6061-O之管材進行液壓複合成形製程製作矩形斷面管件,利用液壓複合成形製程成形矩形管件所需之成形內壓力與閉模力皆低於直接鼓脹成形製程。液壓複合成形是指模具擠壓管材期間,同時施予管內壓力搭配模具壓縮來達到成形的效果。本設計可分為兩個階段,第一階段是將管材預成形至小於模穴寬度,第二階段是利用液體壓力搭配模具擠壓將管材成形至矩形管。

In this study, aluminum alloys AA6061-O tubes are manufactured into rectangular cross-section tubes with hydraulic compound process. The internal pressure and the clamping force of the die needed in hydraulic compound process are much less than those in the expansion process. Hydraulic compound process involved hydroforming and crushing at the same time. This design can be divided into two stages. The first stage is to preform the tube to less than the width of the die cavity. The second stage is to form the tube to rectangular cross-section tube with hydraulic pressure and die crushing.
