泌尿系統導線雛型開發

The Prototype Development of Guide Wires in the Urinary System

摘要


導線主要功能為導引導管等醫療器材至手術位置,因此導線之結構設計、操控性及對應之功能性實驗方法為其產品開發重點。導線初始設計多應用於血管相關領域,但目前已成為多數低侵入式手術之關鍵元件之一。國內對於導線研究僅限於臨床探討,鮮少文獻探討導線結構或加工方法等相關研究。由於導線牽涉多個金屬二次加工及表面處理製程,而台灣二次加工及表面處理技術能力具國際水準,因此若能研究開發導線製造流程及製程參數,將有機會協助國內產、學界朝微創醫療器材之領域發展。本研究開發之0.035"x 60cm導線設計包含一螺旋線及一心線,整合相關製造技術包含:精細線、捲繞成形、無心研磨、精微球化接合、電解拋光、消毒滅菌及成品檢驗。因國內鮮少關於導線產品及製程開發之文獻,期藉由本研究之開發經驗,有助於國內對於金屬醫療器材開發之研究及發展。

The function of guide wires is to guide the catheter to do a surgical operation. The structural design, handling, and functional test methods are the key points of guide wires. The initial design of guide wires are mostly used in the field of blood vessels, but have become the key components of the low-invasive surgery now. The research on guide wires almost focus on clinical studies in Taiwan, and there are few papers about the structure or processes of guide wires. Guide wires involved in metal secondary processes and surface treatment, and related technologies in Taiwan are with international standards. If the processes and parameters of guide wires can be studied, they will help industry and academia forward to minimally invasive medical equipment in Taiwan. This research studies the design of guide wires with a spiral wire and a core wire, and related technologies including: wires, coiling, centerless grinding, spheroidization welding, electrolytic polishing, disinfection, sterilization, and product tests. Because there are few studies focus on the design and processes of guide wires, looking forward to enhance the technologies of metal medical equipment in Taiwan by the development experience of this study.
