六角焊接法蘭螺帽多道次鍛造有限元素模擬與實驗驗證

FEM Simulation and Experimental Verification on the Multi-Stage Forging of Hexagonal Flange Welding Nut

摘要


本研究利用DEFORM-3D金屬成形有限元素分析模擬軟體進行六角焊接法蘭螺帽多道次成形分析,結合現場實務經驗指導,提高產品開發時效,減少失敗率,降低企業開發成本,增進產業界競爭力。本文假設界面摩擦為定剪摩擦進行冷間成形模擬分析,首先利用SOLIDWORKS電腦繪圖軟體建構各道次3D的扣件沖模具後,匯入3D沖模具與胚料圖檔至DEFORMER-3D軟體進行各道次成形模擬分析,可求得等效應力、等效應變、速度場、鍛造負荷及各道次鍛件外形,並實際進行實驗以比對各道次成形尺寸,以驗證有限元素模擬模式之適用性。

The study utilizes DEFORM-3D metal forming FEM analysis software to do the forming analysis of hexagonal flange welding nut. Combining the instruction of experienced practice to raise the time effect of production development, decrease the failure and increase the competition of the industries. In this study, the interface of friction assumes constant shear friction, firstly using SOLIDWORKS computer drawing software to construct the 3D punch and dies for each pass, then import them into DEFORM 3D software to perform the multi-stage forming analysis. The effective stress, effective strain, the forging force, fastener shape dimensions can be analyzed. Besides the realistic experiment t can be compared with the shape dimensions to verify the acceptance of FEM simulation model.
