應用複合磁化技術於鐵鍛品疊裂之檢出實務探討

The Practical Applications for Multi-directional Magnetization Technique To Detect Relevant Indication- Laps

摘要


在鍛件材料中,疊裂(Labs)或俗稱包料,是一種鍛造模子不當或是進料過多,致使金屬被擠出,未能熔合完全,而造成的有關顯示;然而在檢測過程中,因瑕疵位置常位於零件材料的次表面而不易被目視檢查所發現,時常造成不合格品流出或產品生命週期受到影響的情事發生。本文意旨在滿足檢驗可靠性且提高檢測速率的前提下,採用磁粒檢測法-多向磁化技術並搭配人工缺陷試片(俗稱QQI),藉由ASTM國際規範和MAGNAFLUX原廠技術手冊的整合,並透過第三方國際航太標準的查檢表要求加以驗證,證實其技術可行性和檢驗能力,提供國內建置多向磁化技術之參考。

In forging material, laps is a relevant indication caused by improper molds or overfill, causing the metal to be squeezed out and not fused into the surface. However, during inspection process, some of indications can not be detected by visual inspection in which these were existed in sub-surface of part's materials, and then cause the outflow of nonconforming product or effect the product's life cycle. The article purpose is means to implement inspection reliability and improve inspection rate, applying MPI method-Multi-directional magnetization technique with AS 5371 Shims(QQI), integrate ASTM international standards and MAGNAFLUX manufacture's technical manuals, then apply the third-party international aerospace audit, to improve the technique feasibility and inspection capability, providing reference for domestic construction of multi-directional magnetization technology.
