九輥矯直試驗機的設計與製作及板材矯直機制的分析

Design and Manufacture of a Nine-Roll Straightener and Analysis of Sheet Straightening Mechanism

摘要


輥式矯直是板材整平的一種方法。它是利用上/下兩排交錯的輥子,使板材反覆的拉伸和壓縮,造成板材曲率逐步遞減,最終急峻度下降至板材平整標準。本研究進行矯直機設計,其中上輥座除了使壓下量產生變動,同時使輥子距達到可變動,輥子因而可對板材產生相異的彎矩。然而輥式矯直一般為金屬板材,因此本研究針對鋁材(6061-T6)矯直後的急峻度變化進行探討,藉由Abaqus建立九輥矯直模型,經由壓下比的變動,可使板材達到標準急峻度。為了驗證矯直模型的有效性,利用九輥矯直機,探討雙曲率板材矯直後之急峻度變化。實驗結果雙曲率板材矯直後,藉由塑性比提升,可降低整體板材的急峻度,同時也獲得矯直鋁材之機台所需設定的參數。

Roller straightening is a method of sheet leveling. It uses two rows of interlaced rollers to repeatedly stretch and compress the sheet, resulting in a gradual decrease in the curvature of the sheet, and eventually a sharp decrease in the flatness of the sheet to the standard. In this study, the design of straightening machine is carried out, in which the upper roller seat not only makes the press down amount change, but also makes the roller space changeable, so that the rolls can produce different bending moments to the sheet. However, roller straightening is usually done for metal sheets, so this study investigates the curvature gradient of aluminum (6061-T6) after straightening. By building a nine-roll straightening model with Abaqus, the standard curvature gradient of the sheet can be achieved by changing the plunge ratio. In order to verify the effectiveness of the straightening model, a nine-roller straightening machine was used to investigate the curvature gradient after straightening of dual curvature plates. The experimental results show that after straightening the dual curvature plates, the plastic ratio is increased to reduce the curvature gradient of the plates and to obtain the required parameters for the straightening machine.
