We report a case of malignant melanoma of the cervix uteri with multiple lung metastasis diagnosed in a 39-year-old female patient. The patient presented persistent cough with scanty sputum as the first symptom, and no pigmented lesion of the anus, vulva, or skin. The chest film showed multiple varied nodules and masses at both lungs. Pathology of the bronchoscopic biopsy via LB6 showed malignant melanoma. Cytology of the uterine cervix smear revealed malignant melanoma. Colposcopy showed a 0.5×0.8×0.5-cm sized, pigmented lesion on the anterior lip of the cervix. Pathology of the biopsy showed malignant melanoma. Brain computed tomography showed multiple metastasis of the brain. We review the literature and discuss the clinical manifestation, radiographic evaluation, and adjuvant therapy of metastatic melanoma.
