摘要
人員中子劑量的評估比加馬劑量的評估困難，本文說明困難的原因，及理想的人員中子劑量計應具備的特性。此外，亦介紹三種性能較佳而常用的劑量計，包括TLD-反照中子劑量計、蝕刻徑跡偵檢器和超熱滴偵檢器等。

The evaluations of personnel neutron dose are far more complicated than of photons. The characteristics of neutron radiation fields that lead to the complication of the dose estimation are introduced in this paper. The dosimetric properties of three personnel neutron dosemeters that were used successfully, TLD-albedo neutron dosemeters, track etch detetors and superheated drop detectors, are discussed. Some consequences are pointed out also.
